More price information

Tourist tax: As from 01.01.2014, all guests over the age of 14 are required to pay a local tourist tax of €3.00 per person per night. This tax is not included in the cost of your stay and must be paid in cash on the premises.

Arrival: from 3 p.m.
Check-out: by 10 a.m.

Deposit
Payment of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation.

Conditions of payment and of cancellation
Please pay your bill and the tourist tax the day before your departure.

cancellation charge indipendent of the day of arrival: 30%
cancellation charge until 14 – 3 days before the day of arrival: 50%
cancellation charge until 1 – 2 days before the day of arrival: 100%

The deposit amount will be withheld in the event of cancellation.

We recommend taking out travel insurance.

Please understand that we cannot accept pets.

Non-smoking
Smoking is not allowed in our apartments.

Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur during their stay. Please inform us of any damage.

By arrangement, we prepare fresh and delicious bread together with our guests. For appointments, please contact us directly at our farm.

unlimited use of all public transport (including the regional railway and ski buses in Val Pusteria/Pustertal)
free participation in the weekly programme* of the tourist association Prags / Braies (for example torchlight hikes, snowshoe tours, cookery courses etc.)
free use of the shuttle bus Brückele Plätzwiese / Ponticello Prato Piazza** (the additional ticket required will be issued by the host, please let us know)

*&** The events and the shuttle must be booked in advance at the accommodation or at the tourist office in Prags / Braies. In case of non-participation, please cancel in good time, otherwise fees may apply.
